In response to recent COVID-19 concerns, we are writing to assure our clients that we are taking recommended precautions.

Due to the increase in Covid-19 numbers, we have made the decision to go back to curb side “concierge” care only. We need to do our part by minimizing the number of people entering the hospital and reducing any risk of spreading Covid-19 disease, keeping both our clients and our staff safe.
*Once you arrive at the hospital, please call (804) 360-0100 to let us know you are here.
*An Assistant or Technician will obtain a history, get a cell number and bring your pet into the hospital.
*While you wait, the doctor will perform an exam then call you to go over any findings or concerns and fill any medications that may be needed.
*All payments will be taken by phone.
Medication and Food Refills- Please call when you arrive, we will take payment over the phone, then deliver the products to your vehicle!
